The Virginia Plumbing and Mechanical Inspector's Association and the Virginia Cross Connection Control Association are once again holding their Annual Table- Top Product Show for the plumbing and mechanical industry. This show will be held at the Ramada Inn and Conference Center Fredericksburg, VA on April 14-16, 2005. This show will coincide with the VPMlA and VCCCA's School of Instruction and Annual Meeting.

The intent is for the exhibitors to arrange self sustaining displays featuring state-of-the-art hand held plumbing and mechanical products and literature. The exhibit will be arranged inside the conference room where meetings and classes will be held Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This is an educational conference, and therefore, the displays should be arranged to best maximize the space.

Those exhibitors who wish to take full advantage of the three-day program will be able to arrange their displays between Noon and 2PM on Thursday, April 14th. Other set up times are as follows; April 15th  /4:30­6:00PM, April 16th /7:30-8:30AM. Friday entails a full day of classes, with time for discussion. Classes conclude on Saturday and the tabletops may be dismantled any time after lunch that day.

The VPMlA, VCCCA and Four Points Sheraton will not be responsible for display contents, although the room will be locked when otherwise not occupied. The tentative schedule is as follows:

Thursday    2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Friday          8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday    8:30 AM - 12:00 AM

Both organizations' elected officials are hopeful of a great turn out of exhibitors, as a means to enhance the conference's educational program. These State organizations are looking to becoming accredited training academies, in anticipation of the State mandated training for licensed contractors. This conference would be a worthwhile venue for a great amount of professionals to discuss new products and

ideas. It is anticipated that 20 table-tops will be available on a first come, first serve basis predicated on the date the reservation form is received by the appointed person.

These Officials believe that the 2005 Conference, will again like in years past, offer an outstanding opportunity to interface state-of-the-art plumbing and mechanical products and services with Certified Inspectors, Plumbing Engineers artd Building Officials form all areas of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
